which was full of tears :(
seriously, this is the first ever handover ceremony that i've attended which is full of tears
but i knew i will cry today, cos i cry easily -.-
although we, the PLC members, occasionally will whine abt how busy we were
and how difficult it is to juggle btw guides and studies
there were times when we jokingly said that we wish ROD to come faster
but when the day finally comes, all of us dont bear to leave
and the whole PLC and some guides cried as well
it had been 4 years
i joined guides in sec 1 becos many of my close frens did
i wasnt really enthu at first
there were times in lower sec when i think guides is a chore -.-
but after so long, we bonded, we shared our joy and sorrow
we've become the closest sisters.
its not easy to let go actually.
esp when the juniors are so sweet
the YAs asked the sec3s to say sth to their PLs
words of appreciation, to be exact
but in the end, it became the reason for the PLC to cry like running water
the words, their actions.... every little thing makes me feel like staying in guides
I DONT WANT TO STEP DOWN :(
even huilin they all think that my patrol is very sweet
as in they came out as a WHOLE PATROL and stood in a straight line
then i started crying cos i was touched
then they said "jiamin, we love u" with actions
then all of them came and hug me.
omg la, made me cry non-stop

i noe i wasnt really a very good leader
i noe i didnt lead the patrol very well
but thanks for staying with me all the while.

ya... sounds so true
frm today onwards, i will miss staying back on mondays for PLC meetings
i will miss staying back on fridays for guides
i will miss the patrol bonding sessions which i always stutter a lot cos very nervous
i will miss the weekly roll call
i will miss the weekly phone calls or smses to remind u all for guides meetings
i will miss the fun at camps
i will miss the craziness we had during campfires
i will miss polishing my trefoil and boots for meetings
i will miss the two plaits that we had to tie
i will miss the stupid games we played
i will miss wearing the guides uniform and ultra-high socks
i will miss drills
i will miss taking the guides for drills, and losing my patience at times
i will miss being part of the guides contingent for thinking day or national day
i will miss the TAPS we do after every guides meeting
i will miss staying at the haven for weekly AAR session with the PLC
i will miss the messy and stuffy haven
BASICALLY, I WILL MISS EVERY SINGLE THING ABT GUIDES

argh now that we have already stepped down, its time for mugging
PLC' 2008, lets all do well for olvl ok! =D
i will upload the pics we took today after i receive thembut i guess most of the pics will be rather unglam
cos all of us cried before taking the pics
so ya, maybe can see the tears and reddish eyes
