YAY! im really looking forward to that 2 weeks in shanghai.
i mean we will be sort of studying in the shanghai fudan university leh!

but my only worry is that later their standard too high for me le. -.-
cos fudan university is supposed to be the third best university in china?

then plus its university CHINA students.
so u can imagine how good their chinese is.

abt those "potatoes" whom we hate alot , or rather look down on
in case u dont know, "potatoes" are ppl who are chinese but they hate chinese and dont speak chinese
to us, its like WTH la.
how can u regard urself as a chinese if u cant even speak ur own mother tongue well.
and some ppl just learn chinese for the sake of learning. cos got exams mah
then after exams, esp after chinese olvl, they just forget everything
like what chen zhu ren said, some ppl dont even read or write chinese anymore after secondary school

seriously, we really look down on these "potatoes"
and sometimes, i wonder how some of them can actually manage to get a distinction for olvls.
surprising. and as what storyteller said, they dont deserve their As at all!
come on, someone who dont respect chinese dont deserve to get an A for chinese.
speaking of this, i really feel irritated when xuanny told me she got a B3 for olvl chinese on the day when the results are released
i mean hey, her chinese isnt bad at all ok?
at least its way above that standard of those "potatoes" who got As for their chinese, surprisingly.

i mean ppl will think u are crazy if u start reading chim chinese novels and start speaking chim chinese words, in singapore.

thats why i always prefer to read my novels at home.
cos at home, nobody is going to say im crazy.
in public, ppl will go "u crazy arh? read chinese books for what? olvls over le"
